First Thousand Blog Posts: Size of the Blogosphere and Marketing Opportunities Mark Thousandth Post

I put the thousandth post on "Apathetic Lemming of the North" last Thursday.

It was going to have more about the blogosphere there, but didn't find anything up-to-date. Maybe someone here at BlogCatalog can help.

I'd hate to have the job of sifting through the blogosphere to count how many blogs are out there...endless.

  That 'thousand' is deceptively productive. The individual posts are very short: Usually just a link and a 'micro-review' of the site.
