Fixed Layout or Fluid

Do you prefer a fixed width layout (Say 960px) and if so, what size do you prefer? Or do you prefer a fluid layout? (I want to add nice rounded corners to my blog, but it would be a chore to keep my fluid layout if I want to keep using the excellent theme by Atahualpa)

What are your opinions?

    It won't be a chore if the layout is coded right. You could always reconstruct the theme so it allows fluidity?

    Fluid layouts are what people from England called 'pants'. They're crappy - outdated. There's only one single fluid website I've seen that I like which is: www.kremlin.ru/eng/

      thanks, so what's the magical width for you? 600px, 800px, 1200px?
