      That i was targeting women as having these problems more in common with each other than them just being "general" problems. But the thing is, i keep seeing this with women specifically.. especially the downplay and devaluation.

      Ah. I see. Well, yes I think it's not necessarily gender based either. Sometimes this type of advice is better coming from a woman, but you were writing about your own perceptions and that's not necessarily wrong.

   w00t! I love this post. However, that could be because it describes what a warrior princess is like and that's me, for sure. I have never been the long suffering, shrinking violet type and frankly I find many women in business today are really "weak sisters". Hopefully, those that need to hear this message will comprehend it and act on it.
   
   (3) Cross the line? No way. No how. This is also great advice for "wussy" businessmen too.
