I have here Wired magazine and it’s written “itALIENS” – but if you remove “it” at the end of the day they mean “Aliens”.

So, do you believe in Aliens?

In my opinion there is life outside of this world – probably there are millions of planets that can generate life.

People though usually think about aliens that can save or destroy this world. This is totally irrelevant – but I would like to know if you already had an experience with Aliens. I personally had, more than once, and the most recent one with UFO’s was in the Mojave Desert.

So I want to hear from you if you had an experience which involved UFO’s or if simply you believe in extraterrestrial life.

Sure, I believe there's life out there. The Universe is big enough for one or two more life-bearing planets.

As for UFOs ... I don't know what to say. I don't have a reason to believe they're real, as many "UFO videos" have been proven false. But, again, given the vastness of the Universe, there probably are one or two civilizations who have developed ways of space travel that we have yet to dream of.

And, if they're that intelligent, and if they know about life on Earth (particularly humans), they have probably already made the wise decision of staying as far away from us as possible.

That's pretty much how I feel about it.

I would like to believe in aliens. There have been evidences throughout life about their existence, but it would be great if I could be face to face with an alien. That would clear all my doubts. The evidences that exist are quite good but having an encounter with aliens rather than just looking at evidences is much better.

i have also written a post about the evidences of aliens:
    lifepsychologyandalotmore.blogspot.com/2008/06/aliens-myth-or-reality_30.ht...

I also believe that the cosmos is so large that there must be life on some other planet apart from Earth.

I have seen UFO-like objects a couple of times but I'm not sure if they were UFOs or something else.

Human beings are disturbing enough. I'd hate to have to deal with Aliens.

I think that there are UFO's and we are blind to there existance here on earth.

What is this thing about believing or not believing in aliens? This is not a question, even though it is in that form. It is not up to us to believe or not believe. Either there are extra-terrestrial beings or there aren't, and it makes sense that there would be. Have I seen one? I don't think so, but I have met some very strange people!

I don't believe in these UFO's as for life on another planet, perhaps we are too self involved, I mean why would "life" take the form we know it again? Perhaps there's reproducing elements but I believe if we find them it would be hard to decide if we should label them as "life",....this is, I believe, is the most possible answer.

I believe in All sorts of things.

I do believe that there are other populated planets out there with concious beings that are capable of learning and understanding things - but whether they THINK like us --- well I don't know.

    Can they space travel?

    I don't know - probably.

Some can - some are lesser evolution than us...

Can there be higher powered beings? Sure - why not - if they've been in existence for billions of years as societies - then they probably in all theory - be farther --- way farther advanced than us humans.

I have no problem believing they exist and may possibly be visiting this earth.

I wouldn't mind meeting one -as long as they didn't want to harm me or eat me in any way.

If they could support my life force - I'd be willing to go into space and back to their planet - if they could provide my oxygen and sustaining of my body and needs... But could they please take my hubby too? Cause otherwise I'd be really bored.

I'd love to meet them... Sure - it would be fun learning from them and sharing ideas and stuff.

Why not... Seriously - wouldn't that be way cool?

I think it would be a beneficial experience... And I wish that I could be the ONE they chose to discuss the world with - and share with.

My dad and brothers had a few encounters with UFO's and I have no reason to think they lied about it. So, I do believe there are other beings that we don't know but I don't know if they are extra-terrestrial. It is really hard to think that extra-terrestrials would visit us, they would be stuck here or if they go back to their planets no-one they knew in their lives would be alive. Unless, of course, they have life-spans in the range of a few millennia.

I would be more than willing to study aliens if I could. I'm attracted to study other beings, therefore my career choice (I'm a Microbiologist).

I used to be obsessed with UFOs and aliens, kind of become a skeptic, but funnily enough I've recently re-read Whitley Streiber's Communion and Transformation, as well as Close Encounters Of The Fourth Kind by CDB Bryan, and John G. Fuller's classic The Interrupted Journey.

I've read Streiber's book, but as soon as I was almost convienced, he wold put in something that I thought was over the edge.

But I still believe that there is something else out there.

Paolo,I rather like Graham Hancock's take on this subject. It seems to me eminently plausible that UFO's are from another dimension and whilst at one time people experienced contact with fairies, elves etc.,This seems to have been replaced by UFO sightings. The stories parallel rather well.Hancock suggests that as we have become more sophisticated,so have the beings some of us see!

I personally have a hard time believing that earth has or is being visited by extra terrestrials. Sure there is credibility and logic believing that somewhere amongst the trillions of galaxies there should be at least one other intelligent being.
Nevertheless, I have a different theory for what its worth.
Consider looking at the studies made by Professor Dr Ronald Mallett who has discovered a way to apply Einstein's theory of relativity by using lasers to twist empty space and send through it sub atomic particles with embedded messages. This in effect should allow scientists to send small messages to ourselves in another time.
Therefore another conclusion that might be more credible to accept is that the ones we consider to be aliens are perhaps our future earthlings traveling from the future to the past.

How come in the history of ufology a Black person has never reported an UFO? That speaks volumes about UFO's. Correct me if I'm mistaken!

Yep, you're wrong. Many years ago there was a famous case from the northeast when an interracial couple was driving along a deserted road late at night and they were intercepted by an alien craft that took them aboard and examined them in separate compartments. The exams, involving long needles, were not pleasant and I recall the aliens (the usual little grey creatures with huge black eyes) were excited to discover humans had removeable teeth - which turned out to be the husband's false teeth.

Bingo!! And yet that man has been the only one so far! No others since then!

Hi Paolo, whilst I agree with you that there are other life forms in the galaxy,I take the view that they manifest here through another dimension.Shamen around the globe would consider this perfectly normal. Are they not just a modern version of elves, fairies and angels?
Prior to the advent of modern technology, our ancestors were more in tune with the World around them and the spirits that live along side us.Simon
