France tried to pass a law to put a surveillance software on people's pc to track illegal download

France, the country who invented freedom (see my article theelitethinker.blogspot.com/2009/04/introduction-to-origin-of-liberty.html )
has tried to pass a law where gov would put an official spyware on people's pc which will track downloads.
If ever you refuse that software and they detect something illegal downloaded from your ip address (that is true pirates use people's address) you will have your internet shutdown for a whole year.
What do you think ?

also...what the hell are you talking about? "France, the country who invented freedom" ...really? You picked up a copy of Rousseau and you think that he invented freedom? I'm pretty sure the concept predates him, and if you want to talk about modern democracy stemming from Early Modern thinking you need to go back at least a century...John Locke? English Civil War?
