FREE weight training plan

Im back from my trip to Bulgaria and I am in a giving mood soooo I have created a weight training plan in excel that changes according to a persons level and aim.

I know many of you may not be looking to go to the gym and put on muscle but if there is one person here who is interested feel free to pop by and download your free weight training plan

  Home inventory includes macros so if the buttons do not work then click tools/macro/security and change your setting to low then click save, close the program and reopen it will then work.
  
  As you can see I am a computer tech geek!

  I usually do that marine PT workout - but I also always end up forgetting to do it. What you really need to do is design a program that sends a foot right out of the computer screen, ready to kick the person in the rear end so they have some incentive to work out!

I do regular walking to keep fit. No GYM for me.

  The calories burned calculator above might help you then as it gives estimated calories burned by minutes doing different exercises including walking

  Thanks Im glad you liked it I got the inspiration for this program while eating pancakes at 0730 in the morning with my baba (Grandma) in Kozarsko (A small village in Bulgaria) last weekend.
  
  I thought it would be a neat freebie to add to my site as today everyone is trying to sell this kind of stuff when it should be available for free especially as it only takes a couple of hours to create if your a geek like me
