Tip One in making a full time income blogging, get a real blog. freebie sites and communities are designed to make their owner not content authors money. I always love how so many people go get one of these worthless sites, tout how much they can make, and then get shut down for violating the TOS. For the record almost every time a person loses their blogger account, google also terminates the adsense accounts. When it comes right down to it, I have yet to meet anyone who has not lost their adsense account even if they weren't using it on the blogger account in question. A real blog, with your own domain name can be hosted for less than $6.00 a month and anyone who can't find a way to earn at least that much should just give up as they are wasting their money and all of our time.
Control your own content, your own policies, and your own income.-
I have my own domain and was banned from AdSense. ;-)
But I agree with you 100%. If you are going to get serious about blogging, buy a domain and build up your content. Do not just make one of those sites that has 500 different ads on it... create REAL ORIGINAL content.
I am not really making money with mine, as I have only recently started trying, but I have been blogging for about five years. My only goal is to, at least, make enough money to cover the hosting fees.

The tips from the "Experts" are tips for selling to you their "authority" but most of the time their tips won't work for the wanabee because they didn't tell you that there is something necessary for the tips to work: a big subscribers list they already have and not you.
So the reality is you have to test on your own or get a genuine testimony. For example, as for me, the truth is you won't make a lot of money from adsense just blogging like everyone without genuine content. I only made 80$ per month, that's very far from being a living so I gave up one year ago. I now rather intend to pay authors to write in some specific niches I know than write it myself with bad english. Also I think that I need to explore affiliates marketing.
To read about my adsense experience and where I did get started go here: www.entrepreneurnovice.com for the best blog platform to start it is neither blogger nor wordpress but on a sharing revenue site. -
First of all I believe that the content is the most important, there are so many people out there who just started their blogs with idea of making big money in their mind,it can turn out to be very dissapointing. I don't believe in any hype of becoming rich overnight, I've been there and saw people who fail.
I only believe in hard work...
I have been doing at least 2 posts per day for my website for almost 1 and a half month now, and yesterday only made 2$. not a lot, but that's hard work money so I'm happy with that.
I'll just take it as a part-time hobby, unless I started to make 100-200$ a day then I'll call myself pro-blogger
life's a struggle

What's you've been doing is what I have done and what most people have done or is doing before giving up for most, it just get you a few dollars per day (if not only a few cents for some), I'm not willing to continue that way except for fun but that cannot last, my time is precious as for many of you, and I'm going to change my strategy. And I think that what Yaro Starak said was right (see his video link on my blog on www.entrepreneurnovice.com ) though I'm not willing to believe everything he said.
I don't think it has to be a struggle, I think it's a question of a step-by-step process which requires methods, experiment, some money and/or time to succeed. Many people want instant success so they can only fail.

I love cpa, for me it has been a huge increase in cash. But only on my main sites, haven't tried it on my blogs yet.
Still testing..if it lasts 1 year then I will add it to my blogs.....test, test, test lol -
I think that content on your blog is very important. But you have to count in more factors if you want to earn money. First and the most important thing is to promote your blog. If you don't promote your blog, no one will read your content no matter how good it is. And then after that, you have to make visitors come back again and again... I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's very hard to achieve and it takes a lot of time.
