One of my recent blog post was, INDIRECTLY, about a German family looking to gain asylum in America, because they feel that they were being religiously persecuted in their own country (Germany).

Their court hearing was/is today. I haven't heard any new development on the case! Is any body here familiar with this case and if so have you heard what the Judges decision was/is?
