Get Traffic for your blog from directories

For all bloggers it is interesting question how they can to gett traffic and for me too.

So i decided to write one way to getting traffic for our blogs and not only traffic also ranking in Search Engines and if you have good rank you will get good traffic from Search Engines too.

and i wrote post about this way on my blog and i collect 13 cool blog dorectories:

blog directories are so 2004... Communities, Forums, Social Sites is the way to go...

..i guess.. :-P

Depends, every link to your site helps.

I was offering free links to my directory site but I guess I was promoting a service and the discussion got dropped???

Don't really know what the difference is from someone who offers a link back or digg from their blog. Maybe you can add it to your list. The directory is for a good cause. Check it out at petguardiansonline.com

your directory has nice design, but it has PR0 and i think it hasn't a lot of traffic,

so you must work on PR or Traffic if you want to get success for this dir.

  Just started, that's the reason for the PR0.
  
  I was giving away free backlinks in my last discussion: to add content and get traffic. But I guess someone did not like the way it was worded or how it was done and dropped my discussion.

I am at least 100 or so standard directories, I get maybe one visit a week from them usually from the same couple of directories.
