Get a wide screen TV for free AND do your bit for the environment. Impossible I hear you cry. Well read on.

Hi, I'm up for a challenge.
First let me say I have nothing free to give away. I have never written about a free giveaway and I do like the idea you presented and its two-pronged approach (save the environment, save money).
However, I think you're asking for my best post regardless of giving (or getting) free stuff.
Here's a link to one of my funnier posts. It's about the time an errant, flying bug got stuck deep in my husband's ear canal and my subsequent turn as ER doctor.

Outstanding cardiogirl. I'm imagining a pop as you extracted the bug. Nice work blog post and medical procedure wise. Also you are quite right any sort of excellent post is what we are after here.
Your story kind of reminds me of a time when my Dad and I did go to Accident and Emergency after we had been hiking in the mountains, I was quite young at the time and couldn't be left alone. So dad had to take me to the hospital were the receptionist made him explain infront of all those waiting what was wrong with him. I'm afraid he had a deer tick which had attached itself to a rather delicate area. Most embarrassing. -

I am very fond of my "Rules of Fabulousness"...
suburbqueen.blogspot.com/search/label/Rules%20of%20Fabulousness -
That was pretty scary suburbqueen. For a minute there I thought you must have met me at some point and observed my attempts at perfection. You have a great way of looking at things.
Excellent posts coming out of the woodwork here. Very refreshing change from link exchanges and such like. This is what blogging is about, top quality posts. Lets have some more please. -
This too will save you money and the environment.

And the sooner the better. Thanks I had not seen that. Honda also have a hydrogen fueled car near to production. world.honda.com/FuelCell/
Can't come soon enough for me, petrol averages £1.16 a litre in Scotland at the moment. Thats £5.27 a gallon or $10.31 a gallon. I live in the country and do a lot of miles.

I'm right with you when you write of the gossips. Another splendid though provoking post that works nicely in conjunction with suburbqueen.blogspot.com/search/label/Rules%20of%20Fabulousness
I'm starting to get the hang of the reply button now. Apologies to those to whom I replied, in the thread, before I discovered the reply button.

I'm getting a good vibe off www.ya-ttitude.com/blog BennyGreenberg. If you absolutely had to narrow it down to one post (and of course you don't) which one would you suggest that someone started with.

Now thats very interesting, remember I'm a Polybore, it's the stats I'm interested in here not the salacious nature of the post. I think the poll may have been skewed by the nature of the site it was hosted on. I'm not particularly religious but despite that the idea of swinging leaves me cold.Food for thought there and a nice contentious post for us to get our teeth into. So to speak.

Ok. This has been great. I've got to go out now my Mum is taking me to her creative writing class. Oh the exciting nightlife of the Polybore. Worst thing is they are mostly poets and well, creative writers. I think I'm expected to read something that I have written. Unfortunately I'm a "how to" and "why" writer. Not very creative. Oh well maybe polybore.blogspot.com/2008/05/perfect-gin-and-tonic.html will do.
I'll be feverishly checking this discussion when I get back so if anyone is hiding there best post under a bushel then I hope to see it when I get back. Best wishes, Polybore. -
I've always been a fan of this one due to my awful photoshop jobs:

Indeed you are. Interesting a single issue time limited blog. Why not? It's a good idea. If you spot something thats coming up soon enough you could have a very lively blog indeed. Not having a vote I'm a neutral but you might like a post I did a few days ago. polybore.blogspot.com/2008/06/democrat-flip-flop-disaster.html
