   I'm just over 200 followers and I get 2 or 3 from twitter per day when I give them a reason to click through to my blog. I don't think you'll see much traffic until you get a 1000 or more followers. It's a numbers game (for lack of a better word) and the more you have, the more that will respond when you post something. I don't know if we have any true Marketers on here but I think the typical responds rate is 1%. So for every 100 sets of eyeballs that sees your post or tweet, one will actually click the link.
   But don't be discouraged. Keep taking those little baby steps and in a few months we'll have a 1000 followers.

   I get some traffic from Twitter, I think the ration is better than 1% too. Not a huge lot, but I don't have many followers. I have twitterfeed.com update my RSS onto Twitter when I post so that's how they come around I think.

   I've got near 1,300 followers on Twitter, all of which are pretty much targeted followers relating to webmaster, seo or web development in some way.
   
   Twitter is a large portion of traffic, and I get alot of hits when my blog posts get broadcasted to it through Twitme.
