   Hi .. here's a few comments, at first glance ..
   
   1) the title of your blog - the font doesn't look too good on the Ninety Nine Ways$, although the tagline looks okay.
   
   2) I think with these style of templates (newsie types) it usually looks better with a header that is white and a colorful image, or dark colored on top where the light blue is.
   
   3) Featured content gallery plugin would be nice, to show some graphics .. and animation on the front page.
   
   4) Some thumbnails would be nice on your boxed excerpts on the front page .. e.g. avatars of the author - or, rotating images used in each post.
   
   5) the 336 adsense block in the sidebar (on various posts) didn't seem to relevant. I'd consider replacing with something else (do you do video rant or rave?) or, remove altogether to move sponsor area closer to the top
   
   6) The comments box in sidebar should be recent posts - you have comments included in the popular/comments/tags section.

      - getting a logo designed
      - I will be adding more graphic to the site
      - changed the sidebar box to recent comments

   -title of the blog which is image are not smooth. try make web 2.0 graphic style.
   -adsense color is too shiny and blend the adsense border wt page color

   If i were you, i would design RSS and subscrition icons exaggeratedly large and colorful.

   Like the others have said. I would try to make the title graphic a little smoother. And, possibly find a better location for the twitter/rss feed/email icons. They are kind of hard to find.
   
   Otherwise, I think the site and the design works great! It's organized, simple, and not overwhelmed with annoying ads.

   Why don't you create your own if you like a custom made theme?

      I think a lot of custom themes out there need a little bit of modification to get them looking the way you want them to look. Don't you think so too?

      I think I am going to stay with the blue for a little while and maybe change it later on in time.
