When listening to the radio in the car, my youngest son and I like to guess the older song's title and the group performing it. This is what this thread is about.

Feel free to offer your own challenge for the rest of us.

The following will be all to easy for some, but just to kick things off and not make the initial song to difficult and discouraging - here it is:

A candy-colored clown they call the sandman
Tiptoes to my room every night
Just to sprinkle stardust and to whisper
Go to sleep. everything is all right.

I close my eyes, then I drift away
Into the magic night. I softly say
A silent prayer like dreamers do.
Then I fall asleep to dream my dreams of you.

But just before the dawn, I awake and find you gone.
I cant help it, I cant help it, if I cry.
I remember that you said goodbye.

It's too bad that all these things, can only happen in my dreams
Only in dreams in beautiful dreams.
