Well I really a retouch on my baby child photo.
And as the common saying goes "Coffee are better next door" I will be really thankful to you though I can't pay you for that.
I will write a post credited to you with a backlink for all.
I want a better clear image and background retouch or remove.
Please do help me on this. The image link is:

Hi there. I could do it for you after returning home from work.
The photo is backlit, rendering high noise through the image. The colour reproduction is not ideal here. So this image would be better processed into B+W-
You want me to work on that websize image? It would be great to have the full size of it.
I would get back to you in 3 hours time.
You can send the file in the form of imageshack.us and post in my message box instead privately

This is rather difficult. I tried to touch up a bit but there are not many pixels to work with

MS-paint! Gasp
It would take some skill to do this in ms paint!
You need to check out GIMP, it is a free photo-editing program kinda like Photoshop.

How do you post a photo onto a message thread? I want to load the one I have been playing around with.

@dosox and Shuttercraft,
Did you both just try? It doesn't look like it worked for either one of you.
Oh, you just got it to work. It looks good. The color is great. What tools did you use? -
This link will show you how to use the image HTML tag

I don't think that url is allowing you to link to it.
upload the image to imageshack.us/ and try from there! -

Omar, you did it tastefully as I can see that you took time to focus on multiple small areas to blurr rather than a general blurr.
Your put a gentle soft light black/white gradient and it enhances the contrast a little more.
I can see some personality from your post processing style:
Appears tough
Soft inside
She is so adorable in pink!
