GoodBye ShoutBox Spam!

We have just added a SPAM link to your BlogCatalog shout boxes to report all those pesky spammers lurking around BC.
When you mark a shoutbox message as spam, it will be deleted from your shoutbox and the BlogCatalog team will get an alert notifying us of the offensive spam message. We will use these reports to decide to remove these spammers from the site.
So next time someone sends you shoutbox spam, hit SPAM instead of DELETE. It's up to you guys to help us catch these spammers.

hitting the spam link sends us admins the spam sandwiches instead. we usually just give them to the homeless.

Still though, maybe you should have made it a cookie or dorito link. that way you get to have something yummy

This new feature was announced yesterday. If it's a BC url then it will be active but if it isn't a BC url then it won't be active. Cool isn't it? -

Click on thegoodknife's avatar and leave a message in his shoutbox. Name the person you spammed in error.
