can anyone tell me how long will it take to make a decent income with google adsense? does it take to have an old blog to get more income with adsense...any real secret behind?

You will start earning from Adsense when you will get 100 visitors from search engines for your niche keywords. -
Hmmm yea that could be true.. But bro... dont thro your adsence until your blog get bit of popularity...
We'll I experinced this.. now my slblogs.org get some traffic like 100 visits per day.. But I'm still reluctent to put adds you know why?
The traffic is bit of artificially generated.. That means not real natural traffic from search engins..
Most of the traffic I get now is from refering sites and friends... And groups..
I too will concentrate on adsence when we get naturall traffic from search engins..
Thats the key .. dont spoil till we get good once..-
I don't see the point in waiting to put on adsense until you have traffic. Why? Yes,of course you will not make serious money if you don't have enough visitors that may want to click your adsense, but if you have a true niche blog, the few visitors you actually get may be more likely to click, so there is no set rule.

Right. Don't count on Adsense as a way to get rich quick, unless you have a high traffic blog or you have bought a MFA-blog (MadeForAdsense).

what an elusive creature that ad sense revenue. The problem is the little pennies that ad sense pays will frustrate you.I used ad sense about four years ago on a site that I was running.I had plenty of traffic but I made more money selling ads on the site. Example I sold one spot on my site for $75 a month.
I sold four months to that client $300 dollars that's not a lot of money,but I made $30 from ad sense in four months and I had to wait to get my money. -
My site with the AdSense is new... we'll soon see! -
I already have about more that 100 visitors/day though I have 3 blogs (the other one dont get that much traffic)--still earning below $1/day..grrrrr...
how do you sell products from your blog. I recently tried affiliate programs... but dont get anything still -

It sounds to me that it would be easier to make money with a business, but money for doing nothing never hurts. But 35 years of business tell me you can't really expect to be paid well for things that require no work or investment. I propose starting a business. -

adsense earning never depends on number of visitors, its the click through rate
so work on the template design and ad placement..
