Google Adsense - My First Month Adsense Earning $

Well, about a month ago, I started my own Blog using Wordpress Platform. I joined the Google Adsense for the first time at the end of June. Because I read these articles about Monetizing Blog stuff all over the internet and news media. Well, I decided to give it a try in my spare time.
My First Google Adsense Earning for the Month of July is --------- $11.70 !!! Not Bad....
Is this good start or what? Can anyone tell me what's the average first month Google Adsense earnings? Can anyone give me a honest opinion and some advise? Thank you

how many visits do you have each day ?? -
According to Google Analytics and Gostats counter, I've had average 45 unique visitors/day in July. 1300 to 1400 Total unique visitors.

Yes its really hard to give "averages" about how much one should make in their first month. Actually I think its good if someone had made the $100 minimum in their first month but so far I have read posts from people who didn't make the $100 in the first month.
Me personally, I made around $19 in my first month and it took the 2nd month to get me the $100. So I have made at least the $100 minimum every month this year - of course like others I intend to make a GREAT Deal more!

I just started on my blog the 8th Aug . So far i have only 2 visitors to my blog.Still figuring out how to get more visitors.

If you search the internet and BlogCatalog, you'll find good information on how to build more traffic. I'm a beginner blogger (started my Blog in June) and can't give you what would be the best solution for you. But you should keep experimenting with your blog.
It took me 2 weeks to settle down on the theme alone. I'm still experimenting and moving things around. I'm still trying to improve SEO.

thats nice...so i can simply add the google adsense code in the HTML widget wordpress provides ! I asked because i remember reading somewhere that Wordpress is against adsense and stuff. I have a free Wordpress blog..its not hosted from anywhere.

Yes, you can still use adsense with WordPress.

I've read your post and I agree with you 100%
I've seen so many successful bloggers who generate tons of traffic but decided not put any Ad. They're the true bloggers who wanted to create their own space for themselves and visitors.
I've read one of them said, "Do you wanna put ad in your living room so that you can earn extra income?"

It's been a month since I signed up for AdSense. So far I have made $0.90. I think that's pretty good! -
i would say the bare minimum for a blog that's just started in it's infancy with reasonable amout of work will generate about US10 bucks a month... if it's not doing that in it's first few months you need to put in more work -
