I was browsing some blogs earlier and I noticed a new feature I hadn't seen before the "Follow Me" feature. Do you know if this can be added to WordPress Blogs? If so, how?

it is a Blogger feature. i dont think that it can be added to a wordpress blog....

Because blogger is a google site is why it's available on Blogger.

It's called Google Friend Connect. You can add it to WordPress blog. Follow this link : www.google.com/friendconnect/
