      Dunno, quality posts every day for 2 months maybe? I'm down to 1 per week now. Or maybe it just comes naturally with wordpress.com blogs? A friend went from 0 to 2 to 4 in 6 months.

    Wierd that the blog I have on blogspot is a 3/10 and I haven't done a thing with it for the past 9 weeks.I guess because it has been on blogspot for the past 7 mmonths. but from n/a to 3/10. wow hummm. Oh. Well! My new blog is 2/10 from n/a that makes me very happy, some pages haven't been ranked yet on it. This whole google pagerank thing gets confusing sometimes.

       No. It's not an annual update. Google updates about 3-4 times every year. The last previous update was in July. These 4 threads were all posted for the last update which was completed on September 26th, 2008. What happened is that members didn't check to see if there were existing threads on the same topic before they posted.

    One of my blogs was PR4 1 month ago, it was PR2 yesterday and PR1 today, other two blogs PR2 to PR0, i thought every indexed website has at least 1 PR.

    ONE THING THAT WILL HELP:
    I actually learned this a few months back. When writing blog posts, limit your tags to 5 or less. If you have more than 5 tags, Google will most likely recognize your blog as junk.

       That happens with Firefox PR plugin a lot. If you start out at Google.com (PR 10) and you typein a domain name, SOMETIMES the PR doesn't change. It still looks like PR 10.

       See above and click the link I provided and type in your blog's url. There are other page rank checkers too and some may vary a bit as Google has multiple data centers.

       Do not despair. There are things that you can do to improve your page rank. Also if you are blogging for reasons of self expression then page rank really does not matter.

       One in my network dropped from 5 to 0, and it gets posted to daily and receives 5 to 10 comments a post and 100+ google search hits a day. We have another that is mostly for internal updates and has all of 12 pages go from 0 to 3 with a dozen hits a week.
