Google Webmaster Tools = SEO

Have you signed up for this service that Google has to offer? I am using it now but I'm still really new with it. I'm trying to find ways to use the service to my advantage but it's kind of hard seeing I don't know what to take from the information. I wrote a little article regarding the service if your interested in reading it, www.seomkt.com/?p=7

What's your thoughts? Do you currently use the service and how do you take advantage of the service to benefit your search engine results?

you may want to use pretty permalinks seeing as you have an seo blog.

pretty permalinks? do you have a link to some sort of explanation. I'm still a noob when it comes to SEO hahah the information on my seo blog is only there because I literially have experienced it by trying out the services. In another topic I actually mentioned how this year my goal is to become a SEO master. I don't think it will be too hard but we'll see.

In wordpress admin goto options then permalinks, you will see what I mean there. I use the second option 'Date and name based', tick that and save. Check your pages are working properly. There is also a link on the permalink page to help.

After I did that the links don't work any ideas why?

I use it. The webmaster tools are nice for submitting your site and checking what is indexed and what not and checking dead links. As to analyzing traffic sources Google Ananlytics is better. The SEO tool is nice though, but I'm not expecting too much from it.

You may need to alter your htaccess

Maybe you should give it a try and see what search terms are bring you Search Engine traffic

you should add your pligg site to Google Seo tools I have and get to track what search engine words are brining traffic to blogengage
