Did you hear about the lady who pierced tails, ears and noses of kittens and then tried to sell them as "gothic kittens" on ebay?

I put my two cents (and a noose for that lady) on my cat lovers blog: katieskitties.blogspot.com/2008/12/gothic-kittens-for-sale-on-ebay.html#lin...

So what's your opinion? Shall we form a lynch mob?

I can envision animal rights and rescue groups with picket signs out front of her house. I'll bet her grooming business went down the toilet!

No. Just expose her on the news so her community, family and friends know what she's been doing.

It amazes me sometimes the lengths that people will go to in order to make a buck. I hope she loses her business and gets fined for the cruelty to the cats. My big worry is this gives people ideas of what to try on their pets.

That was bloody dumb. Since I actually write fiction for the gothic community, I've already put this one up everywhere I could. I am certain the law will be able to handle it from here; but basically we're looking at an extreme lapse of judgment.

I ... can't say that thinking this really undoes the amputated tail on one of the kittens, but at least they have enough publicity to get adopted out now.

  I don't know if "the stupid one" was goth or not. I'll bet she thought she see saw a potential target market. I am wondering - do you think the goth community feels she has caused them negative publicity? I don't think negatively about being goth. I just think negatively about this single person.
