   I like the black background, makes the work pop, really like the rolling banner at the top, gives me an idea what you have on your blog. I like below you have how to do segments, but underneath I am so overwhelmed with the ads that visually it confuses the blog and content. The snow widget seems out of place. You have great links for each blog entry, but where is your links bar at the right to sites like the "wooster collective" for example, or places like 5points new york).
