Great tips to weight loss? Give me your (healty tip...not spam)

I meditate while cycling, I eat less,but I do not diet,I concentrate on increasing my muscles rather than losing weight....what is your advice?

Eat slower. It takes our brains up to 20 minutes to realize we are full, so eating quickly can cause you to eat more than necessary.
Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. You'll split up your calorie intake, absorb less fat, and you won't be hungry in between meals.
Drink only water, or mostly water. -

Wow, what a funny group! Sex does burn calories though. I agree with you. Dieting doesn't seem to work long term. Don't be in a hurry to lose weight-limit your portions. All things in moderation. Exercise some everday, even if it's just gong for a walk.
Skip the appetizers entirely.
It's also true that muscle weighs more than fat, so that's a great idea not to look at the scale. You can always tell when your body composition changes. -
Wake up. Start your day with some activity, it causes your body to use stored energy (ie. fat), then grab a quick bite to eat a few minutes AFTER the workout. Having some food in the body starts the digestive process which causes an increase in metabolism. As far as diet goes, being AWARE of what you eat is the biggest help. Many people eat because things are there (bowls of candy on a desk, getting a "combo" meal even though you don't really lie the side item, order larges when a medium will do, chips, snacks etc)
Combine with Benny's suggestion for... morning sex, seriously it offers the same benefits as a workout. -
