Green cleaning products - How safe are they

With the new interest in green products for the home many people are questioning how safe they are. I know many have reformulated their solutions but they still have the potential to expose users to harmful chemicals. What are your understandings of the safety of green products.

This is a great topic, and definitely an important one. The problem with products labeled "green" is that many of them aren't. If you're seriously interested in using environmentally safe cleaning products, your best bet is to research them first. Don't just go by what the label says - and that goes for pretty much any product, cleaning or otherwise.
