   I will host guest writers that I know personally. I do make sure everything is on topic and that it is well written. I don't mind differing opinions at all and I don't have to agree with them. I figure it is a win-win situation. I have only had 2 guest posts but both of them were a success.

   Now I am just the opposite. I can't imagine writing for somebody else's site, but I love hosting guest writers on mine.

   I have invited a couple of guest bloggers to my site. I do it when I want someone with a specific expertise to post on a subject. I only do it after doing extensive research on the blogger's writing style. It has worked out great and readers respond well to it. I have not been a guest blogger on other blogs but I am open to doing it.

   Guest bloggers are really helpful when you need to have a break or when your busy at work. Never tried being a guest blogger but I'm open to the idea. I'll check your guest post. Cheers.

   My posts have appeared on other blogs. If the post and the blog are a good match, and the post and my blog are appropriately credited, I think it's fine.
   
   Guests posts on my blog would simply be counter to the intent of that blog, despite that I can readily identify several people who could post excellent content.

   I have been invited to do a post on another blog, but I have yet to write the piece.
   Find it much easier to make posts for my own blog.

    Guest posting is a very great idea. Actually, I'm inviting bloggers to buzz me if they are interested to make a review about their blogs. This is a very good way of increasing your traffic.
    
    My expectations are:
    1. Write something. Anything they fetish. explain.
    2. Introduce your blog.
    3. Give comments regarding my blog.
