Hi Everyone!
I am excited to invite ALL of you to be an expert guest at my kitchen table!
Please read the criteria for guest posting:
kitchentablemedicine.com/guest-writers-criteria-for-article-submissions/
The simplest thing you can do as a guest blogger at my table is provide us with a summary of your BEST article.
You are also welcome to make a 1-2 paragraph summary of an article about healthy or positive living to give my readers the “quick and dirty”. Let’s face it we are all busy and we all love numbered lists, and lists of bulleted points....the quickest way to get a link to your favorite, fabulous article!
If you have a health blog it is a great way to gain exposure for your website. My newly launched site is growing very fast and just last month’s “soft launch” we had 53,000 page views! I would be happy to share you with my readers in exchange for your ORIGINAL expert commentare on various topics such as organic eating, diet, exercise, stress management, green sustainable living, and environmental issues you would like to make us all aware of. I plan to have a few guests visit my kitchen table each week!
You are welcome to do a brief personal article on any accomplishments around adopting a healthier diet and lifestyle and it has improved a disease state I would love to hear about it.
Ex: How whole foods eating has changed your health; How breathing exercises have reduced your stress; How you use less medications now because of a healthier diet and lifestyle; How you permanently lost weight by adopting a fitness routine, and other such motivating anecdotes.
Also, for my dedicated readers, you are welcome to share how any advice from Kitchen Table Medicine has helped you feel healthier or changed your thinking about your health. I will be accepting all success stories related to Kitchen Table Medicine for publication, a simple way to get some links back to your site!
Even if you don’t have a health blog, if you are a blogger you surely always have something to say! Take on a health challenge, and write about how your experience went with actualizing your goal. Share your trials, tribulations, and successes to motivate the masses.
All approved articles will receive THREE links back to your blog, as well as a short one or two sentence bio about your website at the end of the article along with your picture. If your website is health related and high quality, I will also add you to my blogroll. Please read my “criteria for guest posting” linked above so that your HIGH QUALITY CONTENT is sure to be accepted and published on my site. No articles in need of spelling or grammatical changes will be accepted (I know no one is perfect…but please bring your best to the table).
You may submit articles in a non-formatted word doc to: nicolesundene(at)hotmail(dot)com
Please shout in my box if you do so!
If you would like me to guest post in exchange, or summarize any of my articles for posting at your site, let me know what topics you are in need of and I will work it in to my schedule.
Thanks!
Doc

I could write one about how being offended all the time takes years off your life and how laughter is the best medicine.
-
LOL...that would be great! I would love to read that...I can look for some research articles to site for the laughter part...I doubt "offensive and lifespan" will pull up much at pubmed.gov let me know if you find anything though...
