Has Anyone Ever Got Paid From WidgetBucks?

I've had their silly ads on one of my blogs for well over a year and have yet to reach my payment threshold ($50 which includes their $25 sign up bonus). I wonder if this is a scam. Do you have WidgetBucks on your blog? Have you seen a dime from them?
