Have you ever been to Miami Beach/Florida ?

Hi, Yes I was in Hialeah beach in the late 80's, it was sooooo wonderful. I stayed with some friends that lived there at the time. I stayed for a week, the beaches were great, the food was great, the people were great. So I just loved it. I've been back to Miami a couple other times but just long enough to change flights and take a quick tour around.

Last time I was there was about two years ago. It was nice. On the ride from the airport to the hotel we were shot at only three times.

I stay less than a hour away from Miami. I lived in Miami for 2 years when I was a child. I like the town, south beach is fun. (I hate clubs) So I walk on the beach.

I've been down that way a couple times now. We actually stay in Sunny Isles Beach area. I love the sand, surf - and cabana boys. Its been two years since I've been there and can't wait to get back.

  Oh, we definitely have gone into Miami. And took the drive down to Key West. Had a lot of fun at Bayside.

I haven't been to Miami in a very long time. But it's got to be better than Palm Harbor, Florida, or as I like to call it "Death Valley without the Valley".

I grew up in South Florida and went to college in Miami (NOT the highly offensive U of Miami). It's great in the winter and spring!

I have not been to Miami Beach, but I stayed in Fort Lauderdale for 6 weeks in September/October of 1999. I was in Hurricane Irene...the eye passed right over the top of us. My car was almost completely consumed by water. I won't go back.

I'm sorry, that was tasteless. No, I've never been to Miami Beach and I never want to visit there. Captiva and Sanibel Island are enough beach for me and they're in driving distance.

San Antonio and Miami are both big cities that tolerate violence,when your in Miami and Miami Beach and all those surrounding towns/cities Ft Laud,Pompano enjoy yourself but watch your back.

I lived on Pennsylvania and 15th ave for a year (South Beach). Pros: Beach, beach and beach. Tantra down the street. Good shopping. Lots of Art on Lincoln Road. Cons: Pay for parking (ALOT), Traffic out the wazoo, tourists who photograph my apartment building when I was going out to get the mail in my pajamas. Overall I had some great times :-)

I lived in South Beach 2004-2006. Love Miami!!! We are actually trying to move back by October.

I lived on Euclid and 11th.

Love the Ocean, the Sun, the international flavor, lincoln road, delano, sky bar, Lost weekend, Playwright, Abby, 3rd street beach, brazilians, havianas

Hate the crowd and tourists, it's getting a bit dodgy now, the need for everyone to be beautiful, superficial at times, gets insanely hot in the summer, hurricanes, and rent is getting really expensive
