I eventually gave in to the temptation and now I want to kick myself!

Oh yes, I do come up a lot and those Social Networks I belong to are all there.
Besides... my main website is JeunelleFoster.com..Opps
I just googled myself and I have about 10 pages full on Google.
I sometimes use a google search to see what my other Social Network friends are up to,
where they signed up, what social network they are now a member of, stuff like that.
It's good to see what they are up to and what's new that you may not of been aware of. -
Assuming you have a unique name, Google Alerts can send you an email every time someone writes something about you.

That's what I do. I even wrote about a surprising result last year:

Yeah, some interesting stuff. Strangely, very little about the 55 books from early in my career, but a lot of stuff about the last one, Six Hours Past Thursday, my only novel. Can't figure.

Six of the top ten results for my name are me, but most of them are not my sites--either profiles on other sites or articles I've written elsewhere. I get a lot of search traffic, though, on my name combined with other words like "writer", "lawyer", and the just-absolutely-isn't-ever-going-to-die Rick Springfield connection.

The term you're looking for is "Googleganger". From urbandictionary.com...
Googleganger: Similar to that of a doppleganger, it is another individual with the same name as you whose records and/or stories are mixed in with your own when you Google yourself.
"Hey, I just googled my name and found that I have three googlegangers!" -

Why yes I did ... and funny enough, I wrote a post about it ...

If you don't wanna read the post, basically I found a headstone with my name on it. Oh yay. -
Weirdly, I found a yahoo search for my name in my stats this morning and when I followed the link I found, among other things, that I could purchase an "I love Tiffany Sanders" t-shirt.

Last year, I wrote about some of the things I've found goggling my name:

Googling my name was how I determined my identity had been stolen and being used in ways I have never imagined. After getting the FBI involved, I had to change my identity and have been lucky enough to discover that Google does not recognize my new name and comes up blank. Okay, so I made that up. Googling my name scared me at first, but I did find some relatives via a 'family tree' website as a result, so it was all good.

Funny thing, I just did and find that I (could have?) attended and graduated from the School of Archaeology & Ancient History at the University of Leicester. I was actually amazed that so few people share my very short and common names. They are probably not cool enough to appeal to mothers of today.

For some reason I am every where. If I Google my last name, it brings up my brother soccer team and his profile. My full name shows some old address that I have lived before but I get I have to pay to get my own information and a friend face book account that I was added too. I am not even on face book anymore. My user name on the other hand is everywhere and yes it brings all my profiles. I hate it. I feel like I can’t hide anymore lol

just did and this is what I got from Wikipedia
Sheila is a common given name for a female, taken from the Gaelic name Síle/Sìle, which is believed to be a Gaelic form of Julia or Cecilia. Like "Cecil" or "Cecilia", the name means "Smart and Wise", from the Latin caecus. Is also the colloquial term for a woman in some Commonwealth countries.
hhmm I wonder if it's not too late to change my name but keep the "smart and wise" in. -
3460 results with nothing about me if I google my real name (which is fairly common apparently) and resultsfrom acebrock.com acebrock.org,and my past come up when I google my username (Some memories I thought I repressed came back up, bleh)
