In honor of World Habitat Day up until October 5th I will be putting bios and pictures up of different families in my region. Then, on October 5th I will be covering the international issue of poverty housing.

I was in-love with a guy in college, he never reciprocated but was always a good friend. We lost touch after college for about 8 years. Then I got a friend request from facebook, it was him. It hurts though, I have some left-over feelings for him and I have to see the pictures of him and his gf all the time.

My wife was an exchange student in my high school. We briefly dated. After the school year, she went her way and I went mine. No contact for 5 years. Another exchange student that year visited my home town after those 5 years and together we wrote a letter (which was still popular in the mid 90's)to this girl. I kept in touch with her for a year, visited her for a week, and 3 months later we were married. Going on 13 years now.
