Hey, I'm just curious if you guys have ever heard of Blogsvine? It's a new social bookmarking site strictly for bloggers.
I think it's still in Beta but they have a "revenue sharing" that I have never seen any other site have. I think if I read right, they split some of their profits with their members?

Have you guys heard of this site or any other "revenue sharing" social bookmarking site like this?

I did not know that. I would be really interested if anyone has had any experience and would kindly enough to share their thoughts on blogsvine. Any good or bad review?

They're so new they're in their beta phase. But I was more interested in their revenue sharing just for submitting posts. I checked it out and wrote a quick post on it at www.datmoney.com/2008/03/blogsvine-newest-social-media-site.html
But again, I had never heard of a revenue sharing social bookmarking site for bloggers like that.

I've gotten some traffic from it, and the readers stayed for longer than usual and browsed more pages. I like it!
The only other revenue sharing site I've heard of that's [kinda] similar is Yuwie, which is like MySpace but you get paid whenever your profile gets viewed, etc. If you wanna sign-up, I'd appreciate if you PM'd me and used my referral link but whatever floats your boat

hi whojaybe
Thanks for the info...I've added you as my friend there
hello friend.. But I am yet to figure out which article to submit from which blog...huum..-
There's a LOT more social bookmarking sites you can submit your article(s) to... check out www.datmoney.com/2008/02/potential-traffic-from-various-social.html for some good ones. Of course, there are many more than just those ones I've listed.

I just created my own (in 'beta' as well) and one of the options I have is sharing revenue with the users. Considering how little you make you with google ads, I don't see how splitting pennies would make much sense. I think the main value in these sites are building backlinks, getting traffic, and help with SEO.
BTW if you interested my social bookmarking site is: sportsalicious.com
(sorry for the shameless plug)
