i got my kitten from the ASPCA... someone had put her in a locked cage with three adult cats and left them in a creek... she was only 6 weeks old! fortunately someone found them, but it took a lot of nursing to get her healthy!
...she's forgotten her days in the wild though, and lives like a princess now! -
I have worked with several diffrent animal rescues (some good some bad) I now just rescue what people throw (yes throw) out on our road. I bring them back to health, most of the time get them fixed and rehome them. I can not stand for people to hurt animals. It makes me sick. A few weeks ago they threw a dog out of a truck window at 60 MPH. needless to say it did no make it. I didnt get the liscense plate because they were way up past the house when we heard them and we took off up there.
