      I got a Nokia 6280 right now. It freezes all the time. Sometimes blocks my calls. Resets every once in a while. Shuts down when it feels like it. Had the software updated a few times to no avail.
      
      p.s. But I like Nokia's usability.

   This one is tough, all very good choices you must have done your homework. They are all pretty good, no clear cut winner so I cant say which one you should buy but I could say which one I think that I would buy.
   
   In order preference:
   1. k800
   2. N73
   3. w850
   
   If you are willing to pay 495 for the nokia, have you considered the sony k850? I believe it runs around 479.

      It's a special sale at my wife's work with 55%-65% discount on some cellphones. The SE k850 is not a possible option there
      
      The N73 got some very good and some very bad reviews. Some say it's the best phone ever. Some say it's the worst they ever had. Go figure... Also I'm used to Nokia phones and love their usability.
      
      The k800i was crowned best cellphone of 2006 by some sites (isn't that old?), so it can't be very bad. It has a GREAT camera, but it's too big for a pocket phone, and I think it hasn't got video call capabilities. Also it lacks in the sound area (although I'm not sure I care).
      
      The w850i is cool. Maybe too cool. Some users complain about the awkward button design. Looks like SE went for a cool design compromising buttons usability. If that's true, I don't think I can live with that.
      
      More interesting options on that deal are: Motorola V6 ($395), Motorola K3 ($383), and Samsung Z720 ($333), all models which I haven't researched yet.
