   I have not understood your problem.
   Start bar /task bar missing on desktop ?
   
   Problems which could be from monitor setting are resolution (which you must have tried ), and refresh rate , which you can set to 50 hz or 60 hz.
   Apart from this you can try reinstalling display driver .

      The monitor screen shape!
      
      I tried adjusting the from the menu button on the monitor, but it is gather worst. Ic an't reset to the default display setting.
      
      You can see on the image above, Those are not straight it is bending to left and right which it should not be

   you need to change vertical height and horizontal width buttons if screen is cutting.In the image above there is no curve on sides.
   If you are asking for curve problem you must have already tried )( and trapezium buttons .Try changing resolution and refresh rate. Sometimes monitor gives perfect rectangle screen on particular resolution and refresh rate, where as it gives curved borders in some resolutions.so try different refresh rate also.
   There is also possibility that your monitor has hardware problem .

      The actual reason was that my tech support use my monitor with CPU that was used for 15 inch monitor.
      
      When I fixed on my CPU it show the screen size of 15 inch, I tries to adjust but lol it look really bad (curves)

      It's better now but not satisfied with it.
      Wish there are some tool to fix all the curves
