Help - Question about the Best Internet Marketing Sites

I need some examples of some successful Internet Marketing and Blogging sites to use in the classroom environment.

I am wondering if people could name a few. I'm not after sites that are trying to be successful, I'm after ones tat are turning over at least a $200,000 per annum.

I am also looking for some Blog examples that have about a half a million visitors per year.

  email marketing ... good that's great. I've just written an assignment based on email marketing. I can use that one as a great reference, = crap looking site, lots of digital bling, but makes money through marketing...they must be losing 100's of people though because of their interface

  Their Articles are good....
  The bad side effect of these kind of sites is that, once we download or sign up their newsletter, they will start sending bulk marketing emails. Even after we unsubscribe, our email are sold to other sites...I hate this! But after all its business

  i agree on the email marketing issue, but not all sites spam like that, that's just not true. There are some respectable ways of using email marketing

Pro Blogger, CopyBlogger, Telecrunch, Engadget are just of the few sites that come to mind. Go to Technorati and see their listing of the top blog sites. Just about all the top blogs are listed there.
