Help with blog post ratings

Hello,
I have started recently with new project.
My new blog flash2nd.com provides free Flash clocks on daily basis.
Now, I figured single page at all times will work best for me and I want to include those ratings stars so users can rate clocks instead of post content.
What is the best way to do it?
My blog is hosted with Blogger.

first link is exactly what I'm looking for.
I know how change number of posts on front page, but to have single post displayed is my choice because it suits best my blog idea.
