Help With Logo

Ok so I need a logo for my blog/site and I am coming up short on idea's. If you guys have idea's for it that would be cool.
If you want to design it feel free to. I have no way to pay you for it but I will link your site and write a post about you designing the logo and link to your site on the post as well.

Here's an idea, first, I like the header image and the lines coming out, kind of like rays of light coming from some unknown source. With that in mind, how about putting some kind of image that would represent the subject of your blog right in the middle of the "source" of those rays? Maybe a rear view of a head wearing the crown of thorns or something?-
Yeah I've thought about doing that I'm just having problem finding a good image to do. I can do it in photoshop. I made my banner and I know some stuff I just have problems with idea's and stuff sometimes.
If you know of a cool image that might look good there I would love to see it cause I can add it to my banner.

Yeah I'm using the current one as a banner. But I wanted some kind of logo so it's just not using text or a picture of myself all the time. Something that people will see on the net and recognize it for being my site.

See I like my banner right now its really simple so its nice to use. But for like a logo I don't really got anything.
When I first started I always thought of like a little man getting struck by lightning or something lol.
It's kinda funny but when I thought of encounter thats what I though.
I would love for the logo to have like the universal man that you see like in rest room signs being encountered thats just my only problem I cant figure out encounter.
