Hiding the Wordpress Administrative Panel in Wordpress when in Theme option page

Has anyone tried this?
I want to hide all the Administrative Panel in the WP dashboard when I am in the theme option page.
I want to give the look to the theme option page like a separate page and just provide a back link to the dashboard.

There are a few admin themes out ther. Not sure if any of them do this, as I've never used any of them. I'm pretty happy with the dashboard and never had the desire to change it.-
Dane, It seem you don't really get what I wanted. I am also pretty happy with the dashboard. All I want is a new theme option page without the Administrative Panel or the WP dashboard. My theme come with a theme option page but the WP Administrative Panel are in the left side, I just want it without it.

yeah, in order to do that you would have to modify the core admin theme. The plugin theme has to call the admin theme for security and to load a lot of internal logic, so you would have to hack the admin theme or get a new admin theme to allow this page to load without the sidebar.
I know this CAN be done, but because I've never messed with it, I'm not sure how.-
