High PR and low PR

If you have high PR site or low PR site, share with us why? And what did you do/Not do to get there.

      Frankly I do not care no.
      It is about being high in the search results, not having a high PR. Low PR sites can rank top spots in search results just fine.

    Top pagerank is 5% of sites from what I understand. Part of what gets you there is topicality, having a reasonable subject and excellent keywords is important in Google. Google does not cluster, but focuses on subject searching.
