Hot Christmas gifts for the person who has everything - What to get?

Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat, if not the Goose then me!!
What great hot Christmas ideas do you have for this year? I don't like giving people predicatable gifts so I am looking for gift ideas that are hot, cheeky, fun, unusual and memorable as Christmas gifts.

I had no idea such things existed. Meanwhile I am undecided as to who might appreciate this item growing in their vegetable patch. If it's competition for my bf he might not be so keen. A maid aunt perhaps?
Anyway, what ideas do you have for Christmas this year?
Also any hot or unsual gift ideas for stocking fillers?

I worked in a shop years ago, where a woman Ann, had this thing for one of the drivers (Jose).
She just hated him, and every word out of his mouth was a lie.
So, at Christmas time she brought in gifts for everyone. His was the biggest package and all day he wondered what she brought for him.
She made him open it at the store, and Jose was all excited, when he torn off the wrapping paper it was a case of toilet paper. He was confused and asked what it was all about.
Ann told him she got it for him because he was full of shit.
Jose almost cried.
