How about: Best reasons NOT to read your blog?

Is it just me, or would it be refreshing to hear people list some of the parts of their blogs that are awful for a change?

I blog about what I believe. There's a good chance that you don't believe the same as me. So my blog would just go and make you mad. Why read my blog to make you mad when you can step outside your door and find a million other things that can make you mad?
Like many others I also haven't yet learned to control my sentences - why use a period when you can easily use a comma or a hyphen or just ignore punctuation all together, after all, it's not like you need a period to allow you to take a breath while reading, you can just take a breath any time and no-one will know so I figure I can just keep on writing and writing and don't have to concern myself with conventions like punctuation, or grammar for that matter!
Another reason not to read my blog is it's so totally awesome you might just be blinded by it's awesomeness and, although I don't know you, I really don't want you to go blind on account of my totally awesome blog! -
I don't have a genre - it's pretty random. -
it's addictive. you'll get cold turkey just after you navigate away from it. BEWARE!

I sometimes let weeks go by without updating them. If I can't be bothered with them, why should you? -
My blogs can be depressing and too dramatic. I wouldn't read my blogs if you're looking for lighthearted humor and something funny to read. But then again, my blogs are written for myself so it's not like I'm trying to get a big audience or fan base. Like some others have said my blog is rarely updated also. -
is it just me? or is anyone else more inclined to check out someones blog when they actually give a good reason not to visit their blog.
Instead of "Don't visit my blog if you like good blogs" -
If you are not a backpacker, don't like travelling, and don't wanna see the beautiful world, i'm telling you not to visit my blog. -
I had been told (accused?) that my posts are depressing. I plead guilty. So if you think you are feeling down, or you are looking to get something off your chest, you might think twice before reading my post because it might add to your disappointment. I don't know. Maybe I am congenitally manic-depressive.-

I can't make up my mind what my writing style is, sometimes I am funny as hell, and sometimes I just might drive to a suicide attempt. Warning if you are not on your meds my blog might just push ya over the edge -

Well most people don't live life like I do. I am sure most of the people on here buy their butter, bread, cheese, shampoo, vinegar, milk, eggs,...and so on..
I don't. I share how I make them on my blog (or care for the animals we raise)... To a lot of people that's just "boring" or too "redneck" for them.. That's ok with me because I am not blogging for them.
I am not saying I make EVERYTHING because that would just be lie.
Anyway, to answer your question on why NOT to read my blog..Well I guess it would be because most of you are into more high tech things and don't care how to make a hoop house for livestock for under $100 or how to grow Luffa. Once again...that's ok..my blog isn't for you then.
I am the odd gal out. I am a stay at home mom. I cook, clean, sew, process some of my own foods (heck, I posted a while back on here about a report that msnbc did on 40% of our meats being tainted and only one person said anything..Today I asked a question about coyotes- no other homesteaders posted back..So, I guess I am different) and live a simple homesteading type of live.
So, that's my answer and I am sticking to it! lol.

I go on forever and a day and ramble quite a bit while doing it. I also have conversations with myself through an uppity writing device. The posts are probably way too long and since the blog is mostly about my personal quest I'm sure it will probably annoy the heck out of a lot of people.
I write completely in a stream of consciousness manner. The idea of doing a lot of research for a post hurts me on a semi-emotional level. I also very rarely go back and edit my writing.
I'm not very clever or funny, but my blog tries anyway.
In short, I think my blog is destined to become mediocre and yet another wasted bit of space on the internet.
However, I try to be an optimistic kind of guy and hope that all of my negatives will somehow become a strength. I don't know how yet, but I plan to have lots of fun finding out.
See, I can't even respond properly without rambling. -
Because I wrote my own blog and even I wouldn't listen to myself because I run my mouth for no reason other than I can. -

This is a hard reason for anyone to match.
If a person was a child abuser hiding in the church they would probably be needing nappies once my campaign gets in full swing. They definitely would not want to read my blog. They would dread the thought that someone could do something so sweetly and so powerful that will make the churches where they are hiding implode.

Why you should avoid my blog at all costs:
It takes ages to load, there are too many words and photos, the banner photo is just like, whatever, and the sidebar is cluttered beyond belief. Like my kid's messy bedroom... -
What's awful: the mind is such a terrible waste of space! If you don't care to use it, no sense in dropping by, too many posts about thinking about how to think, argh!
