I myself have a problem gaining weight i'm not anorexic or anything..but i'd like to gain about 5 more lbs..any ideas...

    eat a bunch. eat often. and keep eating.

    make sure to eat plenty of colesterol. preferrably more good than bad. Cold pressed oils are a good healthy source

    Same here. The only way I've ever been able to gain weight is through bodybuilding. The minute I stop I become invisible again.
