How can I create an Archive page?

As I mentioned already about a problem regarding the Google index of my old articles I tried out some ways to Index all my posts in Google.
Now I am planning to make an archive page for my blog. I have already written about Importance of Internal Linking in one of my article: mextena.com/600-top-wordpress-blog-seo-tips-techniques.html
Can anyone help me by telling how to make an archive page? Is there any plugins for that? or should I add all links manually?

I tried Wordpress Help about Creating Archive and added a Variable in my blog as they said, but it doesn't works for me.
So I am searching for a better way.

Wordpress.org has an article about 'Creating an Archive Index': codex.wordpress.org/Creating_an_Archive_Index
It is working well for me.-
You can also create a sitemap using this
wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator -
