hello guys and gals please tell me how can i make my blog which have home contactus products offer and many more option on the top my my blog. i don't know how to make it please suggest me or tell me website from where i can make my blog look like that. if you can't understand then you can see my blog

this second blog which i found interesting has homepage funny cat picture hobby like option on top. i also make my blog look like that. thanks in advance.

In the layout section, add a widget, choose "HTML/javascript" and insert the code for the navigation there. then you can move it to where you want.
