How Can I Make My Next Blog Post Careworthy?

I've been concentrating on the whole "If you want to be a successful blogger, you have to be able to answer the question "Why should people care about this?" for your blog posts" thing the past few days.
Basically it's about trying to make sure that your blog posts would actually interest someone. A story about your dog is just a story about your dog, something a stranger won't care at all about, until you MAKE them care about it. If you're promoting products, you can't just be like "here's my product" unless that fits in your target audience (like, they're all major big fans of your work or something). You have to MAKE them care about the product- why should they use it? What will it fill in their lives? Some funny story to go with it? Advice? etc.
So, I thought that I'd make this thread. It is sort of a game. You can post a link to a blog post you have already created, and ask people how you could improve it so that it's 'care worthy', or, you could tell us about what you want to post about next, and maybe people could help you make it more relevant.
Make sure you tell us what you're aiming to do, and who your target audience is!
Help out other people!
Here's mine:

Here's my recent post about the personal lives of teachers.
I'm answering someone else's question, she was a year 9 student. I hoped that maybe it would reassure students and explain a few things. I also thought it could be interesting for teachers to think about, or parents. Do you think I achieved this at all?
I now want to make a post about Waldorf Toys, someone asked me what Waldorf toys are. How can I make it more interesting than just "waldorf toys are blah blah blah... here's a photo, thanks for your question" Something slightly controversial about parenting, teaching styles, children these days, commercialism? Should I be recommending those toys to parents? How can I make it a good blog post?
Please help me out and also post your own!

Hmmm I haven't posted publicly in a while. I really don't know how to answer this ? Seeing as my blog is all about my life and family,so really no one should care bc housewives and familys come a dime a dozen

But you'd be blogging for you, right, and maybe your friends and family?
That's fine then and is meeting your target audience! Sometimes though when I blog about myself on my more 'diary' type blog I didn't link here, I read back over it later and I didn't give enough information to remember what actually happened.

Is this at all careworthy? I decided not to do the Waldorf one today. -
I would definitely appreciate some feedback on how to make my blog posts more "careworthy" (and the landing page too). Since people find the layout confusing, and I can't change it until I move to my own server, which I'm not ready to do quite yet, please look at the nav bar on the right and click "read the blog" or click on the categories further down in the nav bar. Thank you.
