In YOUR own opinion, what do you think is an effective way of shedding fat?
-Naturally by dieting.
-Supplements, drugs.
-Cardios.
-Massage- electrical or manual.
-The list goes on...

    It all depends on how and why the fat has built up. With some people it is thyroid problem and in others when your depressed,mental health, your body will change in those areas.

    Personally I struggle with weight. I can gain or loose 60 pounds easily. Building muscle underneath your fat helps your body loose it.

    Taking away a couple of things in your diet is helpful. Ie: alcohol, white rice and wheat flour, sugar etc. Keep being happy and laugh a lot. If you live in an apartment walk to your floor instead of using the elevator. Doing 15 min of Yoga or any exercise that makes you sweat a day makes a diff.

    Learn why you have fat.

      White rice has carbs, but still no fat. carbs make you active and can actually help you exercise

    Burn more calories than you eat and cut out the carbohydrates. And loads and loads of exercise. And loads and loads of discipline and consistency. It works for me.

    Good, old-fashioned diet & exercise. I'm a fan of Weight Watchers. No "cutting out" of anything, just everything in moderation.

    Be careful of what you eat. Stop eating processed food and fast food. They have too much saturated fat in them, not to mention calories. Fast foods are too energy dense, meaning they have a ton of calories for the volume of food you eat. Carbs are good for you, if they are of the right kind. Calories add up fast, always look at the calories per serving size and then do the math.

    Keep your stomach loaded with non-fatty food. Have high fibre meals. crap a lot!

    Cardio and eating healthy, and by eating healthy, I'm talking about natural foods, like fruits, vegetables, meats, and grains. Not some packaged, processed crap like wheat thins or "fat free" junk that is far from healthy.
