      Thank you, timethief - I followed your instructions and I hope it works, but the data showing on that page is incorrect ... it says my last update was 5/5/09 and the next automatic update was 7/4/09, yet my thumbnail was still showing an image from February. Weird.
      
      I'll wait and see if this works and if not, I guess I'll contact support.

   Sometimes when you update a new pic you have to clear out your cache as others may see your new pic but not you....its a prob I had when i changed my pic.

      Excellent advice @mugshot.
      
      What you explain happens too often. Websites update their headers, for example, and many people still "see" the old image. A lot has to do with the browser and cache.

      Force refresh
      Depending on your operating system all you need to do to accomplish such a thing is the following key combination:
      * Windows: ctrl+F5
      * Mac/Apple: Apple+R or command + R
      * Linux: F5
      
      Clear Your Cache
      Each time you access a file through your web browser, the browser caches (stores) it and this can lead to problems if a web site is updated and your browser is still using old version of a file. Clearing the browser’s cache can clear up a lot of these problems.
