I would love to know how you remain present, create stillness, in your day? When you drive? At work? In the grocery store? During an argument? How do you take the Eckhart Tolle approach to life and live in each moment - even when the moment may be really annoying?

"How do you take the Eckhart Tolle approach to life"

I think a better question would be WHY.

Not for me, because I do like what he has to say, but I understand why people may not like him.

I would rather create activity. Life is movement and change. Stillness is death and sleep. Humans should be awake and alert not still.

I like to wait until the the judge says "It is the judgment of this court that you be taken from this place and hung by the neck until you are dead, and may the lord god almighty have mercy on your soul" Then I will say "Yeah so what, big deal I have Nikes on!! Nikes!!"

You little whippersnappers! ...why I oughta...

As an old lady, I look forward to still moments where my head isn't flipping through all of the things I have to do while I'm already doing something: hence "remaining present"...

But, you never know, I might try electromagnets...

personally when i am seized by an idea.. and i take the time to make it happen.. and work in silence undisturbed by noise and as if one with the pen (or scissors).. 8) .. for me it is participation in something i love.
