      Hi hypnoticblog,
what do you mean by blog management, specifically? Are you from Indonesia? What sort of action do you get - regarding unique visits?

In blogging content is king and marketing is queen. If you learn basic SEO techniques and apply them to your posts and blog, write high quality original content and promote it, then the result may be an increase in organic traffic, or not. If it’s not easy to locate your content in search engines then there will be no increase in new traffic. Thus, what determines success is two things:
    * whether or not your content is found, and
    * whether or not the readers who do find it become subscribers.
There are 25 basic steps to take to increase traffic to your blog.

TT's site gave me lots of advice. Keywords are helpful, as are correct meta-tags. I came to realize, however, that it's not quantity of viewer's rather then the type of viewer. I would rather have a few loyal readers who comment then a ton of readers who never do.
