   Look for large traffic Blogs in your niche, visit them and leave your comments on their blogs posts. You may use blog search engine like www.blogsearchengine.com, www.google.com/blogsearch and www.searchengineblog.com to find blogs in your niche.
   
   2) Submit Articles
   Write articles that are related to your blog and submit them to popular article directories such as ezinearticles.com, Isnare.com, Articledashboard.com, Articlealley.com and goarticle.com. Quality articles may drive you a lot of free targeted traffic.

   Apart from what has already been said, first thing to ask yourself is "Why would would people want to come to my blog?" From your title miraclebabyblog, I was expecting a personal blog about a long awaited baby, or a child defying all odds despite being ill or something really heartwarming...what I found was ads, ads, ads, and shopping referrals, and practically no content whatsoever. If I want to go shopping I'll do that somewhere else, thank you. Next blog, please. However, if you do want to be a shopping blog, at least add some personal reviews and photos of how you are using the products you are selling. And tone down the ads. People who want to buy quality gear for their children will want to read reviews, not just click a shopping link. So make sure to use the keyword "review" in your post titles and post content. People searching for reviews on Google or other search engines will then find your blog, no doubt about that, go to your blog and hopefully follow some of your referrals. Just my 2 cents.

   I have visited your blog too and I agree withe the others. What you have going IMO is a catalog. Every post is marketing products and none of the posts appear to be original.

   I use CommentLuv on Gaiatribe. I also surf on BlogExplosion. Both are ways of getting people to surf through my blog, and after a few trips some of them stick around.

   I write quality content, and the traffic finds me. It helped that I was named one of the top 100 bloggers in my field, and that about.com has referenced a few of my blog posts.

   You must answer to your reader's expectation, if you're a mommy writing on babies, they expect to read personal and funny stories about your family. It shouldn't be exclusively business-like blog.
